How to Apply For UP Police OTR Form 2025?
- Register using a unique Email ID and Mobile Number; these cannot be changed later.
- Complete OTR using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
- Only details from your Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid.
- Make sure Name, Gender, and Date of Birth exactly match your High School certificate.
- If DigiLocker cannot fetch your details, you can manually enter the required information.
