CGCAT 2027 Selection Process
Stage I: CGCAT (Written Exam)
- Computer-based screening test.
- Different for GD and Technical branches.
Stage II: Preliminary Selection Board (PSB)
- Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT).
- Psychological test.
- Group tasks.
- Personal Interview.
Stage III: Final Selection Board (FSB)
- Psychology test.
- Group discussion.
- Final personal interview by a board of officers.
Stage IV: Medical Examination
- Conducted at Military Hospitals.
- Candidates must meet medical standards set by ICG.
Stage V: Induction
- Final merit list prepared based on performance in Stage I–III and medical fitness.
- Document verification and joining instructions follow.
