IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
1. Preliminary Examination (Prelims)
- Objective type (MCQs)
- Tests: English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability
- Qualifying in nature (marks not counted in final merit)
2. Main Examination (Mains)
- Objective type (MCQs)
- Tests: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude
- Marks obtained here are considered for final merit
3. Provisional Allotment
- Based on performance in the Mains Exam
- Allotment to participating banks based on merit and preference
4. Document Verification
- Shortlisted candidates must verify documents related to eligibility (age, education, etc.)
5. Language Proficiency Test (LPT) (if applicable)
- Candidates must be proficient in the official language of the state they are applying for
- May include reading, writing, and speaking test
